Our data is sourced from reliable, up-to-date providers in Switzerland, including:
- Swisscom Directories relocation database (based on information from leading Swiss telecom providers, our multisource subscribers from various industries, and postal data)
- Official telephone directories (local.ch, search.ch)
- Commercial register and company directories
- Supplementary consumer and household databases for even more precise data quality and segmentation
All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland and fully complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).
Where is the data processed?
All processing takes place exclusively in Switzerland.
Is the address update compliant with data protection regulations?
Yes — the multisource•api fully complies with the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).
Will my data be stored?
No — we only retain your data for as long as it is needed for processing. Once the updated data has been delivered back to you, it is deleted.

Do I need to purchase all modules?
No. The API is modular. You can start with a single module (e.g. “Update” or “Enrich”) and flexibly add additional modules at any time.
How does billing work?
