Registration, Billing, and Usage
What counts as a match?
Only queries with a found result count as a match. Queries without a result are not charged.
What happens after registration?
You will receive your API key by email within 24 hours.
How can I change my plan?
You can change your plan here at any time. Upgrades to a larger plan are activated within 24 hours. Reductions to a lower plan or the Free plan take effect at the end of the current month.
How does billing work?
You will receive an invoice by email on the first working day of the following month.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Once your limit is reached, further queries will receive the error code 429. You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time – we will activate it within 24 hours.
